Finding the right builder for you and your family’s dream house can be a daunting task.    Who can provide the best pricing?  Who has the best customer service?  And who can build a high quality house and also get the project done in a reasonable timeframe are only a few of the criteria we were considering.  We ultimately wanted to find a builder that would be a strategic partner and walk with us through the process, rather than just tell us what to do.  So when our architect and interior designer gave us a handful of names, we immediately started doing our research, which led it to become abundantly clear that Colonial was the best option.  By choosing Colonial, we not only got fair pricing, but someone who guided us through a sometimes emotional and very personal process of building a house.  We can honestly say that Tim Nagelkirk added value in almost every step of the process.  His attention to detail, willingness to answer our calls / text messages at any time of the day / night, and most importantly, his integrity were evident throughout the process.  Even after the house was built, Tim stayed involved and made sure even the tiniest flaws in our house were fixed to his extremely high standards.

Choosing Colonial Builders was one of the best decisions we have ever made.  There are a lot of builders to choose from in this area, but if / when we ever build again, Colonial will be our first and only phone call.
