We highly recommend Colonial builders to anyone looking for a honest, quality builder.  Tim took time with us to review each aspect of our remodel.  It was a complicated remodel with multiple facets, requiring lots of time.  Colonial has the highest quality subs from each discipline and are honest trustworthy men.  The timeline was correct and very organized and we were able to stay within budget.  Extra care was taken to clean the project as we progressed.  Overall we are very happy with our remodel and thankful to have worked with Colonial.  We would highly recommend them!!
